If, for any reason, the arrangement does not meet your expectations for freshness within 48 hours of receiving, we will pick up original arrangement and replace it with a new arrangement of similar value. (Spring and seasonal flowers, which have a natural short vase life, are excluded.)

Our replacement policy is strictly enforced within 48 hours of products being received. If calling to request for a replacement after the 48 hours, management reserve the right to deny the request. We will however provide a replacement for a portion of the cost.
