Keeping our Tiger Lily Floral Customer and Staff Safe

Our doors are now open to allow a limited number of guests into our flower shop while always making our team and guest's health and safety a priority. We're heading into the summer months and want to do our best to make sure our customers can order safely and comfortably while vising a Tiger Lily store.

Here's some of the policies and procedures you can expect when visiting our stores:

Face coverings are recommended when entering our locations
In order to protect our team and guests, all staff and guests (including children over the age of 2) must wear a face covering that covers the mouth and nose while at Tiger Lily. For those that medically cannot wear masks or choose not to, we will make reasonable accommodations via curbside service at our Anthems location or other means. While we understand that some guests may find face coverings inconvenient or objectionable, we believe that the safety of our team, guests, and community must take priority. The CDC recommends the use of face coverings and we believe the more we can do to help slow the spread of the virus the better.

*We are limiting the number of guests that can enter the store at any given time.
At each location we have markings on the floor to indicate where guests can remain during their visit. Guests may not advance to the next marking until it is unoccupied. This is to practice social distancing as well as control the flow of traffic and allow all guests the opportunity to view our floral arrangements. There are additional markings outside our locations in case guests exceed the allotted number of spots inside our stores.

Groups inside of our stores are limited to no more than 2 guests.
Due to the size of our locations, large groups cannot be accommodated while also maintaining adequate social distancing. We ask that groups be no larger than 2 total members.

Prepaid Curbside Pickup Locations. Due to the large number of pickups at our Eastern location, we’ve created specific parking spots within our parking lot for guests who have a prepaid order to pickup. Please give us a call at 702-737-7077 upon arrival, have your name and order number (if ordered online) available to speed up the pickup process. We will bring your order out directly to your car.

If you’d prefer to wait in line or want to make an additional purchase, please join our line on the indicated floor markings. We are unable to process additional transactions in the parking lot.

Unfortunately, due to shared parking and space limitations, prepaid curbside pickup are not currently available at our Summerlin locations.

In-Store Shopping - Because we are limiting the number of people able to enter the store at any given time, we have created a specific page for browsing what is available inside our store to minimize your wait in queue. All items available for purchase and ready will be added to our IN-STORE PICK-UP page on our website daily. We highly encourage you to purchase and prepay your items to minimize the wait in queue when visiting our store

In-person ordering is not currently available.
All floral ordering must be done online, via email, or over the phone. At this time we are not offering appointments or in-person consultation for custom floral arrangement though this will change in the future.

WELCOME MAT DELIVERIES - Upon arrival our deliveries are set on the recipient's welcome mat then our driver will call or text the recipient to advise the flowers are outside their door. This ensure the safest social distancing measures for both our flower recipients as well as our staff.
